Centrale verwarming 

De dagen worden weer korter en kouder. Tijd om de verwarming weer aan te doen. Tijdens de afgelopen zomer is er veel gewerkt aan de verwarming waarvoor het systeem ook gedeeltelijk leeg is geweest.

Bij het vullen van het systeem komt er, met het water, ook altijd lucht mee.

Het is dus belangrijk dat u de radiatoren en leidingen ontlucht.

Worden uw radiatoren niet helemaal warm dan komt dit omdat er lucht in zit.

U ontlucht de radiator door, wanneer deze uit staat, met het speciale sleuteltje te draaien naar links. Houd het sleuteltje vast !!! Houd een doekje voor het ontluchtingsgaatje want er kan zwart water uitkomen. Zet de radiator aan en laat deze zover als mogelijk warm worden. Mocht de radiator niet helemaal warm worden herhaal dan de procedure.

Lukt het u niet, of weet u niet hoe te ontluchten, stuur dan even een mailtje naar vvephp@ziggo.nl

Papierkasten

De papierkasten in het midden van de brievenbussen zijn bedoeld voor ongeadresseerd drukwerk. Niet voor uw persoonlijke post en zeker niet voor uw oude kranten. Deze zult echt zelf moeten wegbrengen. Niet zo netjes om het een ander te laten doen. Met name in de entree Trompstraat is de papierkast zeer snel vol met oude kranten (AD en Telegraaf). Mocht hier geen verandering in komen dan zien wij ons genoodzaakt om de papierkast af te sluiten.

Regelmatig wordt in de papierkasten geadresseerde post gevonden. Van giroafschriften tot brieven van de belasting. Mocht u in uw brievenbus post aantreffen die niet van u is en u ook niet weet wie het is stuur de post retour afzender of doe het eventueel bij ons in de bus (nummer 116).

Verhuur

Voor verhuur van een appartement of winkel is geen toestemming nodig van de VvE er zijn echter wel een paar regels:

1. De minimum tijd van verhuur is een jaar;

2. De eigenaar en huurder moeten een gebruikersverklaring tekenen voordat de huurder zijn/haar intrek neemt.

Indien niet wordt voldaan aan deze twee voorwaarden dan zijn de huurders illegaal in het gebouw en kan hen de toegang tot de algemene ruimten worden ontzegd.

Verhuur via airbnb is hierdoor dus niet toegestaan !

Mocht u een vermoeden hebben dat een appartement verhuurd wordt voor kortere tijd informeer het bestuur. Het gaat ook om uw gebouw !

Central Heating 

The days are becoming shorter and colder. Time to turn on the heating!

During the past summer, lots of work was done on our heating system and the system was partially drained. When the system is filled with water, air also enters the heating system. You should bleed the air out of your radiators and pipes. If your radiators are lukewarm and not hot, air is probably in the pipes.

You bleed your radiators when it is turned off. Use the special wrench that you turn toward the left. Hold onto the wrench!!! Hold a cloth in front of the air release hole because dirty water could be discharged. After bleeding the air, turn on your radiator and let it become warm. If the radiator does not warm completely, repeat the procedure of bleeding the pipes.

Flyer Boxes 

The flyer boxes in the middle of the mail boxes are meant for unaddressed mail. They are not for your personal mail and definitely not for disposing of your old newspapers. You must discard your old newspapers and do not expect other people to clean up your old newspapers for you. By the way, the flyer box of the Trompstraat entrance fills quickly with old newspapers (AD en Telegraaf). If this continues and this does not change, we will close that flyer box.

Addressed mail is found frequently in the flyer boxes from giro statements to letters from the tax department. Should you received post that is addressed to someone else, return to sender or place it in our mailbox, number 116.

For Rent 

Permission is not required from the Association of Owners to rent out an apartment or store.

But there are several rules,

1. The minimum time for rental is one year;

2. The owner and the renter must sign an occupant declaration before the renter takes up residence.

If the above two conditions are not met, the renter is illegally in the building and access to the building will be denied.

Because of the above rules, rental via airbnb is not permitted.

Should you believe that an apartment is rented for less than one year, please contact the administration. Please participate because this is your building too.
